As a Trainee Software Engineer in Test, you will help deliver reliable, high-quality software solutions for regulatory reporting and compliance. Whether you are new to this field or have some experience in coding, you will receive support to develop and expand your technical and business knowledge.
What Will You Do:
Testing & Automation: Plan, execute, and report on manual or automated tests, ensuring software quality.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (development, product management, business analysts) to define, test, and deliver regulatory solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve testing processes, contributing to a culture of innovation.
Attention to Detail: Review regulatory documents and translate them into actionable test cases, ensuring accuracy in complex systems.
Who Are You:
You are detail-oriented, analytical, and enjoy working with large datasets. You value continuous improvement and enjoy solving complex problems. You may have experience working with regulatory or financial systems, or you might be passionate about learning in a structured, supportive environment.
Growth-Oriented: Open to learning and developing your technical skills, especially in areas like Java, Python, and automation tools.
Comfortable with Data: Thrive when working with large amounts of data and are eager to learn data analytics.
Clear Communicator: Able to break down complex regulatory or legal terms for the team to understand.

Support and Development:
Veterans Consultant Support: This role is supported by a Veterans Consultant with lived experience, providing additional resources and guidance to help veterans transition into the workplace and succeed in their careers.
