DXC have embraced a more flexible and agile work experience with some staff working at DXC’s office sites when the requirement of their role requires a physical presence. Others work from home when their role can be performed remotely online without visiting a DXC office.
Job Description: The role of the Trainee Administrator is to provide crucial support to case managers in maintaining a registry of certificates, processing invoices, appointment management, and any ad-hoc business needs to ensure the success of the business and case managers.
Position: Trainee Administrator
Note: it is NOT a pre-requisite that you have prior skills in the areas detailed above as you will receive training in these as part of the DXC Dandelion Program.
Highly skilled instructors from DXC Technology’s Training Academy will deliver a two-week on-the-job job skills training package that will give individualised support training and education for you to carry out the duties of a Claims Support Officer.
What you will need:
Formal or informal Neurodivergence diagnosis (letter from your
doctor or other medical professional)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Competent in Microsoft Office applications
Competent in keyboard skills
Flexible working arrangements

Location: Hybrid & DXC Technology Macquarie Park, Sydney NSW.
Training: 1-week Untapped-Talent Onboarding & 2 weeks On-The-Job training at DXC Technology Macquarie Park.
Salary Range: Competitive salary
Hours: Monday - Friday Between 9-5
Initially: Months 1-6 contracted for 6 hrs per day.
Thereafter: Month 7+ contracted for 7.5 hrs per day.
Important: Successful applicants will initially be engaged on a fixed-term contract basis with Untapped-Talent. There will be future opportunities to transition into permanent roles with DXC based on business requirements, individual performance, suitability, and work skills capabilities.
