About the Role:

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that business processes and objectives are effectively translated into actionable business requirements, driving meaningful outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Creation of Business Requirements:
Utilise your analytical skills to conduct research, interviews, and workshops to determine business requirements.
Analyse, model, and document project requirements in a way that leverages your unique strengths.
Translate complex requirements into clear epics and user stories that align with project objectives.
Embedding Change:
Support change management activities by using your unique communication style to drive adoption and proficiency across the organization.
Empower senior management as change sponsors by providing insights that only you can offer.
Assist in drafting and distributing project communications, ensuring clarity and effectiveness.
Supporting Initiative Delivery:
Collaborate to meet project schedules, business objectives, and budget targets, where your ability to think outside the box will be crucial.
Facilitate agile processes, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives, using your strengths in logical reasoning.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure thorough documentation and review cycles.
Your Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
Key Skills:
Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities that play to your natural strengths.
Proficiency in time management, organization, and workshop management, with flexibility to work in ways that suit your preferred style.
Experience with process mapping and business analysis techniques, valued for the unique approach you bring.
Relevant Experience:
Minimum 3+ years in a similar role, where your neurodivergent strengths have contributed to successful outcomes.
Experience in Business Process Re-engineering, Agile environments, and working within banking, finance, or IT industries, with an appreciation for the diverse perspectives you provide.
Advanced skills in PC software (Visio, MS Office, etc.), where your attention to detail and pattern recognition shine.
Qualifications:
Relevant tertiary qualifications, particularly in areas such as Credit, Operational Risk, HR, or Data, where your expertise can be a game-changer.
